The events are co-sponsored by the Bainbridge Permaculture Guild, BiosDesign, and Sustainable Bainbridge.<br />We are charging admission to pay Toby's speaking fees. We are hoping that we can get a good turnout to cover those costs, but more because we feel Toby is such an inspiring and knowledgeable person to share with us how we can create a more sustainable community, and nurture our own health and that of our planet by growing more of our own food in the most efficient ways possible.<br />We are holding both the Saturday evening presentation and the Sundayhalf-day workshop at the Bainbridge Commons. Folks from Seattle are invited, as well - the location being ideal for walk-on ferry travelers. Please share this announcement and flier with your friends and networks- people who might be considering becoming more of a "locovore", starting by growing some of their own food.<br /><br />Please RSVP to me to give me an idea of how many people are planning on attending the evening presentation and the workshop. Toby will becovering entirely different material for the two events, so folks are encouraged to attend both, if they are able to commit the time.
